Re: Position Hold with Optical Flow sensor - done

Hi For sale ADNS-5050 sensors I am about to try this myself so just ordered the parts. But as the shipping was so high, almost 30$ it felt stupid to only buy one unit. So i bought a few and will get them soon. So if anyone is interested send me a PM here. Was thinking about 10$ including uninsured ...

Re: Deadband not working?

Many thanks! Was hoping for something like that but was and still are confused as the throttle respons to me appers in the GUI to be affected by the pots not centering, guess then that is just a GUI issue or me reading it wrong.

The turnigy 9x does not have the best of pots so very needed function!

Re: Custom quad anti-vibration frame

yes engine and prop vibrations can be nasty and should be kept minimum... and again as the mass is low of the electronics they cant cope with the large vibration and dissepate them. I have been thinking alot about how the vibrations depends on frame and engine size, i a only have very small experien...

Re: Custom quad anti-vibration frame

yes, as other have said to counter the vibrations you also need some mass coupled to the board. Vibration dampening the board only which is a few gram is nearly impossible... But your way is nice as i guess you plan to put all the electronics on that middle main frame. Good vibration dampening mater...

Re: Position of acc sensor in code?

Hi! Ok thanks for that info. Been reading around and some said it does affect and most not, but I should have guess not as you say as it is a rather easy code modification that already would have been implemented if needed! I am off by 2 cm which is around 20% of my arm length, doing the trig math I...

Position of acc sensor in code?

Pherhaps this is already stated somewere but havent found it. I was planning to account for the placement of the acc in code as it is difficult to put in dead center, whit a small copter this becomes a problem. Is this pherhaps already implemented, or is it some big issue to why not pherhaps if some...
