Re: MultiWii EZ-GUI

Giles, I'm using the same board and I²C GPS setup. When I saw the options on the app of Ezio I also wanted to give it a go with the WP via the map and ran into exactly the same issues. Unfortunately it is not possible to use waypoints with an I²C setup, unless this has changed very recently (do corr...

Re: MultiWii EZ-GUI

Hi ezio, Just tested your app with USB support. I hooked a 3DR radio up to my Galaxy tab2 via the OTG cable and connection to the quad was just fine. However when scrolling between the tabs I noticed the app stops responding and reports "MultiWii EZ-Gui has stopped". Apart from that it is ...

Re: MultiWii EZ-GUI

Ezio,

Good news to hear that the serial USB is working.
Just received my Crius AIO with GPS and ready to hook up the 3DR radio.
I'll be happy to test it.

Regards

Re: MultiWii EZ-GUI

This is a nice and very usefull app. The only drawback I have is the limited range of the bluetooth, moreover now the waypont features can be used. Are there plans to add USB support so the 3DR radio's can be used? This would increase the range quite a bit. You will also be able to monitor the quad ...

Multiwii 2.2 - GPS hold

Hi, Today I've been able to test the new 2.2 pre, now the weather gets better here. Quad is equiped with Crius SE, I²C card for GPS and Ublox. The quad flies very stable in angle, horizon and alt hold. I do have a question regarding the Poshold. When I set it with the nose in the wind: no issue, hol...

Re: Spectrum satelite (gear channel)

Made a mistake.
I meant to map aux3 knob on the DX8 to be used with the AUX4.

Spectrum satelite (gear channel)

I would like to implement a Spectrum satelite reciever with a Mega 2560 so I have access to all channels. I was wondering if you can reuse the gear channel (ch5) to be used for aux4? This will allow me to switch on some leds or anything else via aux4 (after assigning it via the GUI). Any thoughts a...

Re: WinGUI 2.1 Beta is released for testing

Hey Eosbandi,

First of all thanks for the update.
Have been playing around with the new release and works very well.
Geo and logging options are also neat.
Makes me think I need some kind of telemetry to log the flights :-)

Re: Run MultiWii @ 400 Hz - Very Important - ESC - Solution!

Hi, I tested the 400Hz version but still no joy on strange quad behaviour. Started again from scratch in balancing props and brushless motors. Very nice result. Quad is airborn without any problem. Heretic behaviour of the esc's was due to vibrations causing the gyro to get false readings. Resulting...

Re: Run MultiWii @ 400 Hz - Very Important - ESC - Solution!

Hi guys, I build a quadcopter based on the Crius board with 10A Hobbywing esc and MW 2.0 It flies just perfect. So I build a bigger one with the multiwii mega board + Turnigy Plush 18A + KEDA 22 10 brushless motors + MW 2.0 It is just all over the place. I have to struggle to keep it in the air. Her...
